Storage City may send communications reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry or administer a reservation, rental, payment or account.

• Rental Agreements and addenda;

• move-in and move-out information;

Transactional communications are not necessarily marketing communications and may continue while reasonably necessary to administer an existing relationship.
- MARKETING EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES
Promotional text-message consent, when requested, is optional and is not a condition of renting a space, purchasing a product or receiving customer service.
You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting Storage City.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent Storage City from sending transactional, safety-related or legally required communications permitted by law.

Storage City may receive transaction details, payment status and limited payment-method information. The payment processor may separately collect and retain complete card or bank information.
Do not send complete payment-card numbers, bank-account numbers, Social Security numbers, account passwords or other sensitive information through ordinary email.
- FACILITY SECURITY AND ACCESS RECORDS
Storage City facilities may use security cameras, gate systems, access codes, fencing, lighting and related operational measures.
Security cameras and access systems are intended to support facility operations and deter or investigate unauthorized activity. They do not guarantee the safety or security of any person, vehicle, watercraft or property.
Cameras may not monitor every area and may not operate continuously.
Recordings and access records may be retained and disclosed for operational, security, insurance, legal or law-enforcement purposes.
- DATA RETENTION
Storage City retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
• provide services;
• administer reservations and rentals;
• process payments;
• maintain business and transaction records;
• satisfy tax, accounting and legal obligations;
• investigate security or fraud concerns;
• resolve disputes;
• enforce agreements; and

Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the reason it was collected and applicable legal requirements.
Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

- ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You may be able to access or update certain account information through your online account.
Closing an online account does not automatically terminate a Rental Agreement or eliminate amounts owed.
Storage City may retain information associated with a closed account when reasonably necessary for operational, security, accounting or legal purposes.
- CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Website and Storage City’s rental services are not directed to children under 13.
Storage City does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Website, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
- THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Website may link to websites or services operated by third parties.
This Policy does not govern a third party’s independent collection, use or disclosure of information.
